Please tell me how to return the display of video thumbnails, photo thumbnails are displayed, but video thumbnails are not

Redefine the opening program to a standard Windows one, such as WMP, clear the thumbnail cache.
Then you can return it.
If there are all sorts of k-light-mega-codec-pack - delete nafig.
