There is an ASUS S400CA laptop with the latest BIOS update (210 from 01/27/2014). The keyboard works stably. it is not possible to get into the BIOS using the keyboard when the system boots (everything has been tried). But I'm fine when I specify a reboot via UEFI in Windows. If after that you do not allow Windows to boot completely, it becomes possible to get into the BIOS using F2. As soon as Windows saves its settings after a full boot, F2 stops working on the input. thus, in case of any problem with Windows, I will not get into the BIOS
Question: how to make it possible to enter the BIOS with F2 at any time

I can offer two options (not the fact that it will work):
1) Press F2 and without releasing it, press the power button (do not release F2).
2) Disable fast boot in Windows.
