windows share permissions?

I have a server with ubunutu. I have projects there, I connect the directory with them via samba and edit files on windows.
The problem is that windows changes the permissions on files and when I want to commit them, git thinks that the files have been changed and offers to commit the changes, I don't like it.
Question: How to make sure that windows does not change permissions for files that are connected by share? But at the same time it would be possible to edit them.
