Why is the wrong user listed when trying to open a file opened by another user?
A domain is deployed on the local network, there is an SMB ball with files. When user1 tries to open a document (Words, for example) already opened by another user user2 , a message like " this file is already opened by user < user3 >, open it as read-only/notify when the file becomes available " is displayed, but a completely different user is specified user3 . On the domain controller (Windows Server 2008 Standard, it is also a file server) I look at "Shared Resource Management" -> "Shared File Management", it really indicates user2 .

See which user is listed in the office lock file (small hidden file with the same name in the same directory)
