Is there an Internet blocker for apps for Android?
Usually you put some free-program, and it often shows ads, and even in full screen.
And the program does not require the Internet to work (there is some kind of tape recorder there), which means that if you disable access to the Internet for the program, then it will not download ads and, accordingly, show it.
Well, often impudent programs on expensive mobile traffic download their stupid ads, so it will also be useful.
Is there such a thing?

I found a great option - we cut off wi-fi, we do airplane mode - there is no Internet. And advertising too =) In general.
At this time, we use the program, usually they do not require the Internet =))) Here is such a hardware firewall.
You can't buy apps, you don't want to watch ads. How should we, developers, be?
There is a free application, search on GooglePlay: "Firewall without root-rights". From the name it is clear - root is not required ;-)
I myself actively use GPS navigation, with a minimum rate. If you do not block traffic, then Instagram easily eats up 10Mb in a couple of minutes .... And so, I drive all day, and 10Mb is usually enough until the evening.
So decide what you want to achieve - completely block applications from accessing the network, or just cut ads? You can install a firewall and block access to the network for applications at the root, you can install some kind of AdAway type ad cutter and block ads in applications. Both methods have one thing in common - in most cases, root access is required.
