How to properly activate remote desktop licenses in active directory?
For some reason, the license was activated only from this month June 7, 2021 to September 7, 2021.
Or is it ok?

AD has nothing to do with it at all, licenses are activated on the remote desktop license server.
Install the appropriate role on one of the servers, go to license management, activate the license server and the licenses themselves there.
In the Remote Desktop Server settings (gpedit.msc, Administrative Templates/Windows Components/Remote Desktop Services/Remote Desktop Session Host/Licensing) specify the required type of licenses (per user or per device) and the address of the licensing server.
User licenses are issued for two months with automatic renewal.
