Windows Server 2016 heap upgrade?

Hello.
There are 50+ Win Server 2016 machines in the domain.
What I've tried:
Ansbile doesn't see some vmware and WinDefender updates.
PDQ is uncomfortable.
Give advice please - how can I update all the servers at once periodically with reboot for 1 time?
What methods are generally used in large enterprise infrastructures?
