Windows Server 2016 Backup not working, why?

For reasons I don't understand, the "Windows Server Backup" stopped working on a machine with Windows Server 2016, stupidly zero reaction, it used to work before. Running C:\Windows\System32\ru-RU\wlbadmin.msc or C:\Windows\System32\ru-RU\wbadmin.msc - Error The MMC Management Console cannot create the snap-in. There is nothing in the "applications" and "system" logs. The component in the server manager tried to reinstall. The "Block Level Backup Engine Service" service is running.
