Windows Server 2012. Why does the network disappear?

Available:
0) A provider with GPON, a modem and issuing one IP address from the provider's DHCP server to the connected device
1) Windows Server 2012
2) WiFi usb-card TP-LINK TL-WN722N (that still craft)
3) Laptop with Windows 7 and an Intel WiFi-card
Scheme:
Win2012 receives the Internet from the modem and distributes it via TL-WN722N.
Problem:
Since last Friday, that is, 5 days ago, the network started to fall off - packets do not go anywhere, the gateway and DNS provider do not respond.
It happens like this - in the evening we turn on the computer, we get an IP address, we have time to open a couple of pages and the network drops. Connection lives on average from 30 to 60 seconds.
If you reboot the computer, or reset the modem, or persistently try to execute ipconfig / release and ipconfig / renew, then the Internet will come to life for the same 30-60 seconds.
Nuances:
Late at night, for example now I'm sitting from 00 to 04, or on weekends, for example last Sunday evening, the Internet works without problems. I am writing now just from him - there is an Internet and it works without problems.
If you connect a modem to a laptop at any time, then the Internet will appear and will work stably.
Attempts to solve that did not help:
- turned off SoftAp (distribution of Internet via WiFi)
- turned off TL-WN722N physically
- turned off the built-in firewall (there are no others)
- returned the security policy, which was turned off for access to the computer from a laptop via RDP, to its place
Total we have:
- the problem is not with the provider, since the laptop is working at the same time and distributing WiFi through its card
- the problem is not in the computer - now everything works, but more than sure it will not work tomorrow afternoon / evening
Assumptions:
There may be a "pest" in the network sending out packets that make Windows Server 2012 go crazy.
Please help:
What and where can be configured, filtered, disabled in Windows Server 2012 to avoid this situation?
Since I am not an administrator, and Google did not find anything intelligible, I will be glad for any advice.
PS I apologize in advance if I do not answer for a long time - maybe I just do not have the Internet, and I have no time to switch it to a laptop.

TL-WN722N most likely, but not Windows turns sour. Try different versions of drivers.

For a number of reasons, I doubt very much that it's so simple, with some magic packages, you can do DoS for the 2012 server. But just in case, put all the updates from Windows Update.
If I understand correctly, the problem looks like this: in the evenings, traffic stops going between 2012 and the Internet, and if you turn on the laptop instead of 2012, does the traffic go normally at any time?
Actually, there is not enough information for diagnosis. Try to make a trace like tracert 8.8.8.8 at the time of the "fall" of the Internet and see on which node it breaks. Try to write down the routing tables and IP settings for the laptop and 2012 before the Internet went down and 2012 after the Internet went down so that you can compare them later. You can also look at the arp tables, maybe someone is spoofing arp, although I'm not sure that this is possible on GPON. You can write this data by doing:
ipconfig /all >> c:\ipconf.txt
route print >> c:\route.txt
arp -a >> c:\
arp.txt 2012 at the time of the fall of the Internet.

You should also check the signal strength. TP-link whistles are rather weak.
