I have windows server 2012 Standard, it is possible to run 2 virtual machines on the server
and on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise it is possible to run up to 4 virtual machines
is it possible to downgrade windows server 2012 Standard on Windows Server 2008 Enterprise and how many VMs can be run?

Enterprise is an upgrade, not a downgrade.
