Hello! We develop an application for Android and iOS. I would like to release it on tablets running Windows RT. Tell me, please, who knows: where can I get a device emulator, or an image of this OS (by official means, of course). Or where can I read about developing applications for this platform?

Install Windows 8 + VS 2012. Metro mode is Windows RT.
VS allows you to run applications directly or on a simulator
