Windows programming, what books are relevant now?

I welcome everyone!
Interested in analogue books - Jeffrey Richter "Windows for Professionals", preferably what you yourself read and advise as a panacea, and so that this book can be purchased at the store, since Richter's book has not been reprinted for a long time. The last time it was reprinted in 2008 by the publishing house - "Peter".
JAP C++.

Under Windows, now they mainly write in C # and all sorts of js frameworks like Electron. C++ is not in trend here, but if you really want to eat Qt. And in general, desktop development is almost not needed anymore. Now only web and mobile applications are needed.
