Good afternoon, how to make windows ip address usable as a website?
Now when I type 192.168.**** into the address bar,
I get this kind of error. "ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED"

No way.
The site is marked up text and multimedia files.
The IP address is the number of the device on the network and will never become formatted text.
