Windows installation hangs (7 or 10). How to eliminate?

I tried to install Windows (versions 7, 10; both from disks and from flash drives). The media is loaded, the Windows 7 strip passes and the computer hangs. From 10 at the moment when the circle with dots is spinning, it hangs.
Motherboard GA-Z68P-DS3, i5 processor. Before that, there was a Windows server 2008 r2. I put zero on the SSD, I used to install the SSD with 10 installed, too. Bios reset. It was not possible to google anything on the road.

Usually this is due to problems with memory, disk, power supply, motherboard, processor. Listed by degree of probability.

I checked it with memtest - everything is buzzing, I poked all the connectors, cleaned it, live sit is loaded. Tried different ssds. Came to the conclusion of the problem with the MP.
