Windows hangs on ssd, what to do?

Good day to all, I ran into the following problem: Everything worked fine on the computer, there is a ssd from Samsung for 500 GB in the m2 port, a klisor board, of course xeon, and 16 RAM, everything is zab, I have been using all this for more than a year, everything worked well, but a few days ago, after a long work at the PC, everything I clicked on started to hang, after which the PC went into a reboot and Windows started to update, everything started up and it seemed to work for about fifteen minutes, after which the same problem all hung, rebooted for a few minutes of work and again, I decided to reinstall Windows, installed an older version, but already on hard, everything worked fine and without complaints, only slowly, which is typical of hdd, I decided to transfer Windows again to ssd, using a program from Samsung itself, everything turned out, started, went through again 15 minutes and again everything hangs,I tried turning on hibernation and turning off fast startup, it didn’t help, I don’t understand what’s going on, and I hope that the problem is not with ssd, please help.

I'll tell my story.
Samsung 970 PRO with a capacity of 512 GB. I bought it in March 2020. It also worked ok for a year. Then the friezes / dumps of the disk began. Any command resulted in an input/outup error (I'm on Linux). Only the hard reset button on the case helped.
I tried everything I could myself (including full disk formatting, different file and operating systems, gpt. dos). Everywhere is the same. In the summer of 2021, I gave the disk under warranty. Replaced with a new one. Being "taught" immediately began to drive large files inside it. As a result, he also began to fall off. The second time to carry under warranty still no time. And I'm still waiting for the opportunity to test it on another motherboard. In short, it all boils down to the fact that either the mother does not stand up or this disk is not designed for a long-term copy load at a speed of 3.5 GB / s.

The answer is: "Windows freezes on ssd, what should I do?"
the description of the problem is too general
, and it corresponds to problems with disks and problems with overheating of the mother or processor, and even mechanical problems with hardware and memory, virus
attacks, etc.
or take it to a service center.
