Put windows - messages "Windows detected problems with the hard disk" began to appear.
Then Windows stopped loading at all, I try to reinstall - the installation process hangs.
Then I booted from the ubuntu live cd, called the "Disk utility" and immediately saw that the name of my hdd is highlighted in red and it says "DISK IS LIKELY TO FAIL SOON". Having entered the "Smart Data & disk tests" item in the table, the "Reallocated sector count" item is set to 2700 sectors and, accordingly, the status is "FAILING".
What can be done or carried for repair?

If there is no necessary data on the screw, then just change it to a new one.
