Windows DNS. How to change the host address?

There is a DNS server on Windows server 2008R2. Holds the DOMAIN.LOCAL zone.
Task: resolve www.example.com to the address 10.0.0.1, and redirect all other requests to the example.com domain and its subdomains to the provider's dns server.
How to do it?

@Nday001

Create a new dns zone www.example.com
Make one address @ 10.0.0.1
Details on the key phrase "pinpoint dns"
PS
I assume that the forward of external requests is already configured, if not, then configure it.
