/etc/hosts - is it possible to point from IP to IP?

Usually in /etc/hosts they write something like 9.7.1.2 mydomain.com
Can I write 127.0.0.1 12.13.14.15 there, i.e. tell the local machine that the IP 12.13.14.15 is actually 127.0.0.1?
Something my chrome does not understand this, maybe kick it a couple of times?

and what prevents to assign the second IP?
or in /etc/network/interfaces :

auto eth0 eth0:1
iface eth0:1 inet static
address 12.13.14.15
netmask 255.255.255.0

Maybe just specify this address as an alternative in the local network connection?

if you need to set up a virtual host on Apache, then write in the settings for the localhost, as in the config example and do not suffer

Any secret engine will do, for secret projects.
If you can’t find a secret engine, then you should look in the direction of freelancing, where craftsmen can make any secret engines for any secret projects.
