Why is the server response time and site loading time on the mirror longer?

In general, the situation is this, there is a site, it has ns alone (ns1.sprinthost.ru., ns2.sprinthost.ru.), and the mirror has others (ns1.reg.ru., ns2.reg.ru.), the answer difference servers differ by almost a third:
- Server response time on the main domain 0.21-0.24 sec.
- Server response time on the mirror 0.31-0.34 sec.
Could this be due to different ns servers?
I added a mirror on the server via ISPmanager, maybe something else needs to be configured there?

Servers in different countries probably cost, just the value looks like such a difference
