Windows crashed, what should I do?

In general, I installed the design pack. Rebooted the computer, and everything "flew". Many programs stopped running, recovery does not start, some errors fly out, like "there is no shell ....".
How to return everything back, how to remove this "crap" from the computer?

There are many options, as well as versions of Windows ... as well as packs ... as well as some errors ...
You can try to remove this particular pack using its standard means, or uninstall the program through the control panel, you can search the Internet for solutions for of this very pack, you can roll back the OS state back using restore points, you can reinstall Windows, you can install Linux or FreeBSD instead of Windows, you can boot from the recovery disk or LiveCD (LiveUSB) and fix the shell registry based on error messages, you can call a friend computer technician or some kind of computer help.
