Windows Update searches for updates indefinitely, can someone tell me something?

Windows Update looks for updates indefinitely. And so immediately when installing clean Windows it was: c
The result of the command execution sfc /scannow

Log file WindowsUpdate.log
And the standalone update installer, in turn, looks for updates on this computer for a very long time. (Never found it yet).

The problem has gone away this month. The easiest way is to download the October update package from Simplix and install it. After that, the search takes 5 minutes on a laptop with i3 (specially timed).

The seven may well look for updates for 5-6 hours, if it has just been delivered, and then install the same number of them. Faced, alas.
