Why can't Win10 start the Win audio service?

Good day to all!
This morning I discovered the absence of sound in the system. The OS reports that it cannot start the Windows Audio service. After opening the list, I found that the service is in the "perpetual start" state. After restarting the system, I found that the service was in the "Disabled" state, decided to start it manually, the start took 2-3 minutes, after which the status changed to "Running" ... But the sound did not appear, the sound sign was crossed out in the panel, and The OS still says that the Win audio service is not running, although it was manually started. I also checked other services that WinAudio depends on, all are up and running. I thought that the problem was in the speakers (the speaker cable was a little broken), turned off the speakers and connected the headphones ... There is no sound. Although the Realtek dispatcher sees when the device is off. or sub. I decided to check the system for broken files (sfc /scannow). The utility let me know that there are broken files that could not be recovered. Below is an excerpt from the logs with the listed broken files:
Cannot repair member file [l:24]'AppXDeploymentServer.dll
Cannot repair member file [l:10]'rasdlg.dll
Cannot repair member file [l:10]'mfcore.dll
Cannot repair member file [l:10]'tiptsf .dll
Replaced these components manually - did not help. It seems that mfcore.dll is related to media in the OS, I don't remember exactly. In general, there are no results ... The most interesting thing is that the service does not start automatically, but it starts manually, but the panel still says that the service is not active.
P.s. the OS attempt to correct the situation was unsuccessful, the OS returned a message stating that it was unable to start the Win audio service or services related to it.
Please help me with this problem! Thank you all in advance.

@tsklab

Disable sound in BIOS. Remove driver (with deleting files). Download the latest driver. Add it to the system. Enable sound in BIOS.
