Take Unetbootin, any distribution, before recording, specify how much space to leave for saving the state.
First put Windu on a USB flash drive, then boot from it, separate free space on a USB flash drive under Linux (using standard Windows tools, working hard drive in the control panel). Boot from the installation USB flash drive and put it on a USB flash drive with Windows Linux, dividing the free space (without touching the Windows partition). The Linux installer will install GRUB, which is supposed to create a Windows Loader entry in the boot menu.
