Why is the Europe/Moscow timezone not set on Linux CentOS?
Good afternoon!
The other day I upgraded to CentOS 5.10 and the Europe/Moscow time zone stopped working correctly.
Did:
# ln -sf /usr/share/zoneinfo/Europe/Moscow /etc/localtime
But date shows UTC time. Checked a dozen time zones, all are installed ... except Moscow.
I had to temporarily install Europe / Samara, because it is the same as in Moscow.
The tzdate package does not want to be updated, it says that no packages were found for updating.
Does anyone know what's the problem?
