Windows 8 won't boot. Driver digital signature problem

When loading Windows 8, it first tries to restore, and then writes that loading is impossible and the information is in the system32/logfiles/srt/srttrail.txt file.

It was possible to start the system if you disable digital signature verification at boot. Even during installation, the system complained about problems with the oem-drv64.sys file.

And now this is what is in the log file:
The main reason is found:
- The d:\windows\system32\drivers\oem-drv64.sys file, which is important for loading, has been damaged.

Correction: Restoring the file
Result: Error. Error code = 0x2
Elapsed time = 1172 ms

How can I solve this problem?
