Why can't I sign in to my Windows 8.1 account?
I decided to remove the virus through safe mode, switched to safe mode through the method associated with msconfig ( option1 ) and marked "minimal". And here is the whole point, when loading Windows, it requires a password from a network account, I don’t have another one (who knew damn it). In safe mode, the network does not plow (not Wi-Fi, not wire). There is a safe mode with a network, that's how I got into it - option 2 link , the network determines, but cannot connect, writes "connection time exceeded". Without the Internet, he cannot check the password, and Windows is always loaded in safe mode (apparently until I remove the checkbox in msconfig).
This is hell. Can anyone come across how to get into Windows then?

I solved the problem, found livecd , created a local user and went into Windows. Unchecked the msconfig.
Conclusion: A cruel jamb of wines. And the nonsense of the developers because of which I killed half a day.
Create a new account in secure.
Or reset your password using a bootable flash drive
