Windows 8 tablet
Hello.
I need a tablet as I'm away from home a lot and a laptop is inconvenient due to size/weight. Requirements for the tablet:
1. OS - Windows 8, and not RT.
2. At least two cores.
3. Video card capable of playing 720p.
4. One or two usb ports.
5.Support sd card.
6. WiFi (preferably n).
7. The cheaper the better (within 10k).
Needed for browser, ftp client, web development, reading.
I have video tablets on Atom N2600, but I think it's too weak. Also seen on the C-60 processor.
What can you recommend?
And yes, I'm familiar with the ASUS VivoTab ME400C, but I don't like the price and that's why I'm looking at Chinese counterparts, which are almost half the price. And since I have a Win8 license (corporate for work), it is desirable that it had DOS and would not have to overpay for the OS.

Incredible! Do you really think that you will find what you are looking for in the near foreseeable future? The Surface Pro is about to come out for ~ 40-45 thousand rubles.

hm. DOS tablet? You're joking ... there will be either Windows or an android and the bootloader is smartly locked.
How are you going to go into its BIOS and set the boot from the same flash drive to install the OS ...
