Find in the Device manager all network adapters that may be associated with Hyper-V and remove them. Restart your machine. Disable virtualization (VT-x) in the BIOS during the reboot process. After downloading, go to "Programs and Features" and uncheck the Hyper-V role. Reboot one more time. The role should be removed.
Installation is in reverse order. We turn on virtualization in the BIOS again, and after loading we install Hyper-V.
