Windows 8 changes permissions

Windows 7 and 8 are installed on different hard drives. Win 7 is mainly used, but after starting Win 8, the access rights to folders change: the account from Win7 is removed from the list. This happens with directories added to libraries and shared over the network in Win 7. In Win 8 they are also shared. The "Users" and "All" accounts disappear from the list. The rest of the folders are fine.
Where to rummage and why is this happening? Why is even my account being deleted, added manually, and not as part of the "Users" group?

Try to create accounts with the same logins. In general, a very strange behavior that I myself have encountered more than once (let's say my rights to the music folder get lost after each reinstallation of the system)
