NTFS. Is it possible to prevent a file from being copied?

Good afternoon.
There is a file (rdp). Is it possible to somehow allow the execution of a file, but prevent its copying using NTFS?
Thanks in advance
P.S. FILE IS ON A NETWORK DRIVE

There are no simple means. Only some specialized programs through crutches and not the fact that it will work. The read-execute attribute implies copying.

To execute, you need to read - what the program has read, what it manages, it can, among other things, write it to another medium.
This is impossible even in theory.

In the conditions of the given task - is not present . If there was such an opportunity, all kinds of "copy protection" would not be needed. You state the root task - you will most likely have to revise it.
