How to make windows friends with ext4?

I have two operating systems . The hard drive is divided into 2 partitions. One is ext4 , the other is ntfs . From under linux you can see ntfs , but from under windows ext4 is not visible. Question: how to make friends with windows ext4 ?

Humanly, there is no way to make friends, only through crutches that do not always work stably. Personally, I have abandoned the driver options and use ext2explore when I need to pull something from ext2-4 in Windows.
