Windows 8.1 sound stuttering?
Hello. There is a problem. Recently, at home, the light has often been knocked out and the computer is cut down, respectively, in an emergency. Not long ago I noticed a glitch, crackling sound both in the system and in the player. Sometimes I turn it on, I work all the rules, and sometimes it's buggy from the start. What does a strange glitch with a mouse when you drive, you can see how it skips moments (that is, not smooth movements). Sometimes this happens when I play a game. Starts to terribly slow down the sound and video. Windows has been standing for half a year. Glitches appeared a couple of weeks ago as the light began to knock out. The screw looked at SMART everything is fine and the screw is new. Where to dig prompt who faced. Thank you.
