After a long stay of the laptop in "sleep mode", the local network does not connect. You have to restart your laptop. If the laptop is sent to sleep and immediately wake up, then the local network does not disappear.
! Unchecked "Internet Protocol Version 6 (TCP/IPv6)" and "Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power". Driver reinstalled. Reset the value of the local network. Also in the properties of the adapter set "Disabled" to "Flow Control". Did not help.
