Windows 7, motherboard and processor replacement without system reinstall?

It means this: I changed the processor and the motherboard, windows 7 booted up, pumped up firewood and began to work as before. Attention to the question: will such a system work stably or is it still worth reinstalling the OS?

Yes, he did this to his working pc. I did it purely out of interest, what will happen.
Although, what could be nicer than putting a clean OS on new hardware ... :)

Yes, I did it myself a month ago.

Deta, I heard that Windows binds the license to the motherboard, and when replacing it, I personally began to write that Windows is “possibly pirated”.

It will work, but it is still desirable to rearrange, tk. Because of this, he noticeably slowed down for me at times.

Transferred six months ago from the 939th socket to AM2, the flight is stable.

my advice: shove the motherboard disk and reinstall all native drivers.

On snot, to be honest, but I did the same sometimes :) Probably, the main thing here is the compatibility of iron.

Microsoft KB has a guide on this issue - how to replace hardware without reinstalling the system.

I did an update at work in the accounting department a year and a half ago, the flight is normal. I did not want to reinstall the OS because of the fuss with 1s and other things.
