When booting Windows 7, before the boot itself (Boot Splash), the .bat script is executed. What should I change so that it doesn't work?

where did the script come from?
check msconfig to get started

TS - bring the laptop to repair. You are failing some of the basic tests. At best, the bootloader has deteriorated (it is being treated without reinstalling the system) or some kind of cable has gone (you will pay, only for unpacking and diagnostics)
