Interactive folder sync with server?

At work, sometimes you have to synchronize directories with remote servers (for example, synchronize changes to the local copy of the site with the server). I usually use BatchSync for this purpose and, despite some clumsiness of the interface, it performs the task, but it has one serious drawback: after receiving a list of files planned for synchronization, you cannot manually edit the actions that will be performed on them.
An example of what we would like ideally is an analogue of the Synchronize directories function from Total Commander, but working via ssh.
Perhaps someone knows a program that has similar functionality:
- Synchronization of directories and files on a remote server via FTP / SFTP (the first is solved through TC)
- Ability to preview a list of files for synchronization with the ability to manually edit actions on files (copy direction / skip).

Look at SyncBack (there is a Freeware version) - I once used it to synchronize useful software on a computer and a flash drive (when I had to run with the current set of software on a flash drive), now I periodically synchronize critical information through it to an external screw.
The number of synchronization settings IMHO is more than sufficient and at the same time quite clearly organized.

If I understand the question correctly, then WinSCP . It has synchronization with the ability to choose the direction and the subsequent preview of the changes with the ability to skip.

Yes, I didn't know about this feature in WinSCP, thanks!
But unfortunately, WinSCP does not have the ability to edit actions on files in the preview window, and a bug on this subject has been open for 4 years already and seems to be not going to be closed, sadly.
