Windows 64 bit does not boot, how can I fix it?

Decided to switch from Windows 32 bit to 64 bit. I bought a disk (a hard drive so that I didn’t have to delete files from the current one). The disk is working (temporarily put it in a laptop so that it doesn’t take up space (I rolled Windows there) When I try to boot from this disk (throws on a black screen where a white dash flashes constantly ASUS M2N-E and Athlon X2 6000+ processor,
Video card Gtx 650 ti 2gb Help with this problem for a month now I can not find a solution.

Install Windows directly on a PC from a USB flash drive.
Write the flash drive in mbr (non ueffi) and with the fat32 file system. Most likely it is in ntfs format, which is causing the problem
