Incorrect rendering of WPF application objects?

Good afternoon, there was a problem that in my educational projects or just WPF applications, elements are not correctly drawn when interacting with them.
The example buttons simply don't render when hovered over.

I reinstalled the drivers on the video card, and DIrectX, reinstalled Windows the first time helped for 10 days, the second time it helped only for a couple of hours. How can this be fixed?
