Windows 2016, why did different adapters with the same network name merge?

Windows 2016 as a gateway in a domain, with three different networks (external, internal and service).
But for some reason, they are considered domain. Which way to look?

Switch the network type for the required adapters, for example via PowerShell.
Uncheck Microsoft clients, etc. in the adapter settings, where there will be only TCPIP
