Windows - 2 time zones, how to display?

It is necessary that
- either 2 time zones are displayed in the taskbar,
- or different time zones on two monitors,
- or some kind of plug-in for ms edge, so that the time is displayed there, different from the time of the operating system.
How to implement?

1st Clock allows you to show different time zones in the Taskbar.
For example, I threw the second one (don't pay attention to the format, they are configured, I just didn't set up the second test time zone):

Paid. You can probably look for a free analogue.
