When setting up a VPN in Windows 10, what should I indicate in the "server name or address" field - i.e. what ip? Depending on the region in which I want to be considered that I am? How not to get into someone else's car then?

specify the ip or dns name of the vpn server that will provide you with the vpn service. Have you already chosen who to buy vpn from? the region will be the one that matches the region of the vpn server ip address.
