VPN server as a PPPoE client of 2 providers: how to implement such a scheme?

There is a microtic which stands at the junction of 2 city networks. from different providers. Each port comes with Dual Access (Russian) PPPoE. I want to take a normal vpn server, like FortiGate/FortiWiFi-90. But this demon is not a dream about Dual Access. I want to leave only dynamics on Mikrotik. And shift the role of the PPPoE client to Forti (placing it behind the Mikrotik). Is it possible to implement such a scheme with 2 providers?

Dual Access is just some marketing name for a regular pppoe/pptp/l2tp with static routes within the network that bypasses pppoe.
If access within the network is not needed, then you can simply hook up pppoe. If necessary, then the routes can be written by hand. How to recognize them is another question. But, in principle, you can first look at them with the pppoe raised on the mic, then register with your hands where necessary.
