Windows 10 System occupies port 80, what should I do?

Updated to Windows 10. There was a problem - OpenServer does not start, reason: port 80 is busy.

On windows 10 pro 80, is the port closed tightly by the TCP 4 protocol?

Find IIS -> Internet Services -> Security -> uncheck Request Filtering
