Firework! I installed windows 10. I launch movies in my favorite vlc. Once every 2-3 minutes the video and the sound stutters. Tried a few more players, the situation is the same. the standard player in Windows works with a bang, but it annoys me)) I tried to check the boxes for skipping frames, and other optimizations, but I didn’t pick up the right combination)). Maybe someone knows how to set it up? Machine i3 / 4gb / ssd / nvidia gtx 650 On win 8.x, such problems were not observed. Windows is clean, installed from original discs.
