I climbed Avito and came across ads like "windows 10 pro box" for 3-4 thousand rubles. Sealed retail licensed boxes, sort of. Even with stickers. And unlike the key for 300 rubles, which is clearly stolen from somewhere, this is a box that has not yet been used, confirming the real licensedness in theory. What's the catch, anyway? Unless, of course, this is an outright scam like "paid and received nothing", but this is somehow completely "for a sucker". Are these some once purchased, but unclaimed licenses? Or stolen-sawn?

There are several options:
1. Nobody bothers to buy a key for 300 rubles, order the printing of stickers and boxes for another 600. In total, for 900 rubles we get a box that can be sold for 3,000 rubles.
2. It may well be a box with boxes taken out of some office. Why not? We bought boxes, and then corporate licenses, there was no point in unpacking, they slowly took them out. You can sell a year at a market price, or you can quickly dump it. But this is rare.
Basically it's the first option. If there are many such boxes and there is a profit, then who prevents you from opening an LLC, selling it with acts and other pieces of paper? Then open a new LLC.
