Windows 10 PRO almost all programs refuse to work, how to solve?
I installed Windows 10 PRO, after which JDK, Android Studio, IntelliJ IDEA, and ESET NOD32
After installation, the computer rebooted and then I noticed one big problem, ESET NOD32 cannot start any protection module, just like I can’t make any changes in the settings, The Android studio, or rather the SDK, cannot download anything because there are no write rights, and just like IntelliJ IDEA, no plug-in can deliver.
I thought that the problem was in the account, disabled it and enabled the built-in "Administrator" entry, restarted the problem remained, administrator rights are not enough for him.
I went along the SDK path and set full rights for the "ALL APPLICATION PACKAGES" group, after which it began to download and install, but what about the rest of the programs?
What kind of jamb is this, the latest update for today!

and before that there was a seven or an eight?) maybe it's in the security policy for programs installed in Programm Data, starting with the eight most of these programs need admin rights at startup, in order to work normally
even for an antivirus it's strange
