How to restore grub for 3 systems?
The situation is as follows:
2 systems were installed on the laptop for a long time: Win 8.1 and Ubuntu 14.04 LTS. Decided to switch from ubuntu to Manjaro Linux, but not delete ubuntu right away. After installation, manjaro updated grub, everything was in order - 3 systems were loaded from it without errors. After updating to ubuntu:
1. The manjaro hornbeam changed to the ubunta hornbeam - the bootloader of Windows and Linux hangs in the BIOS, after installing the manjaro grub was called manjaro and had characteristic colors. The name has changed to ubuntu and also the colors characteristic of ubuntu.
2. Ubuntu is
loading 3. Manjaro stopped loading - gives an error end kernel panic not syncing vfs unable to mount root fs on unknown-block
4. Windows stopped loading - throws it back into the hornbeam.
The following recommendations were found in Google:
1. Instruction - gives an error on the grub-install command: unable to find EFI directory. I tried to solve it by adding --target=i386-pc and a little river - it did not help.
2. In the hornbeam configuration, replacing intel-ucode.img with initramfs-4.4-x86_x64.img does not find the file when loading and gives the same errors. This file is not in the hornbeam folder, so it is not known what I hope for. Does anyone know where to get it from?
Thanks in advance!
