I decided to install Windows 10, at first everything went smoothly, but at the time of the keyboard layout and language selection, the mouse and keyboard began to turn off. What to do? Help.

If some kind of Vasyanskaya assembly of the beast-dvd type, then check with the assembler what kind of firewood he threw out, what he turned off.
If the image is from the MS site, then specify the assembly number. At the moment, the current one is 1809 (build 17763). Although the board itself is quite old, in theory, drivers for USB controllers should be included.
