How to disable F+FN keyboard shortcuts on PC?

To adjust the volume on the keyboard, use the F + FN key combination.
But the FN key is in a position that is not very convenient for this.
I rummaged through the entire Internet, everywhere there is how to disable it on a laptop but not for a PC!
I looked in the BIOS and didn't find anything there.
Please let me know if there is a way to turn it off.

Perhaps this is sewn into the keyboard controller itself or into the driver. If in the driver - perhaps there are settings.
Alternatively, try remapping this combination already in Windows, with programs like keytweak.
