How to delete an account in windows 10?

Connoisseurs! Please tell me what to do. I am selling a laptop with windows 10. The account is linked to a Google account by mail. How to delete an account from windows 10?
So that later a new user could use and add his own. I don't understand how it works now. Is there a guest account? What is usually done in such cases?

1. Settings -> Accounts -> Sign in with a local account instead
2. Settings -> Accounts -> Email & accounts -> Microsoft account -> Delete

in windows 10, you can make an "installation flash drive" and reinstall the system from it (and activate it). I would do so.
